COVID-19 UPDATES
We are scheduling patients based on urgency, order of cancelled appointments and messages left on our machine.

To comply with the current IDPH and CDC recommendations we are scheduling our appointments to maintain social distancing. In order to do this, our schedule is greatly reduced.

Please be patient with us, we will ramp back up as soon as it is safe!
We ask that you refrain from scheduling if you:
1.
Have had a fever greater than 100 F in the last 72 hours?
3.
Have traveled outside Iowa overnight in the last 14 days (beyond normal travel pattern)?
5.
Had contact with someone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 last 14 days?
2.
Have recent respiratory symptoms (e.g. cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat)?
4.
Had contact with someone who has test positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
